Life Changing
























I am 24 years old, Married to a great guy named Sam who stuck with me during my weight loss journey & continues to support me on my decisions to lose weight.


My heaviest weight would be 185-190 lbs, That would have been when I graduated high school in 2002.


I had joined WW in 2002 and had lost 10 lbs. Not putting 110% effort into it, I gave up.


My cousin Melissa had asked me to be a bridesmaid in her Wedding which was August 2ND 2003, of course i was totally thrilled. When i saw pics of me @ the wedding, I couldn't believe how heavy I looked.


My other cousin Jenn was on the program and has lost an amazing amount of weight. Seeing the results she got, i started the program right away...

When I rejoined WW it was summer 2005, I started the program on my own, losing 20-30 pounds on my own. I did exercise video's @ home, went for walks & went to Aqua Sizes. May 2006 I Had joined Curves For Women & the WW meeting's in the same week for an extra push. Reaching 150 lbs, I decided I didn't want to stop yet. After attending meetings for 8 week's I decided to continue on my own.







I had hit a Plateau with my weight around 145 lbs. After moving in Summer 2007, I had joined a gym close to my work which I felt gave me alot more variety of machines to work out on, and I could concentrate on the area's I felt needed to be worked on more.


I am now a member of WW online & enjoy I alot. I find it more motivating, If I feel like I am falling off track, I am able to log into one of the chat room's and get idea's to get myself motivated again + you learn alot from other people experience's along the way. It is also a great way to find recipies for all sorts of food's/drinks. I have learned a major key to weight loss, drink Lots of water & watch your portion sizes & eat slow so your body has time to let you know it's had enough.


As of my March 17th 2008 WI, I currently weight 133.8 Lbs.

April 3, 2008:







I have joined a "Walking Club" at my work. Half hour walk over the lunch hour, I'm excited about that, Now I will have someone to chat to during the walk :)








April 7, 2008:







So on Thursday & Friday last week I was doing great, turning down carrot cake/black forest cake. Staying with my fruits & veggies. The weekend on the other hand, not so good. Had Dim Sum Saturday for lunch, then ordered Thi food(which was really good) for supper. Oh & dont forget about the chip's/skittles we ended up eating while playing"killer bunnies"..... Sunday, I ate the left over's in the fridge TOTALLY not counting for any of the food. Oh well, Started fresh today and tracked everything that I have ate.








May 2nd- Back @ the gym which felt like i havent been there in FOREVER! Walked 4 miles then ran 4 lap's around the track, which played me out. Did some various weight's for roughly 30 min.






May 6th- Going to the gm after work, looking forward to it!!










June/July 2008- I am now going to the gym Monday, Wednesday & Fridays with co-worker(s) from my previous job. + I bought a bike 2 weeks ago, went biking through Edmonton's River Valley, 5 Hrs!!! What a work out!

January 6th, 2009.


Back in October I joined Club Fit + got myself a trainer 2 times a week. My weight has been up & down, mostly since christmas just past. I trying to get to at least 130 lbs. Currently, as of this morning I weighed in at 139 lbs.
